The Northern Connector Program helps recent graduates and newcomers connect with the right people to advance their career and successfully integrate in their community faster. The program positively impacts both Canadians and newcomers, and strengthens our social fabric by facilitating intercultural communications, helping overcome unconscious biases, and making personal connections based on common interests and the desire to help individuals new to our community.
